We stand behind every guide we publish. If you've read the guide and don't feel you understand your partner better than you did before — you're entitled to a complete refund within 30 days of purchase.
Email admin@tryhowwespeak.com with your purchase email and order number (if available). You do not need to explain why. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Our products are PDF files. Once downloaded, the file is yours permanently. This does not disqualify you from a refund — our 30-day guarantee applies regardless of whether you've already downloaded and read the guide.
